The brief

Stronger Health Partnerships for Stronger Health Systems (SHPSHS), by the UK Department for International Development (DFID).

DFID leads the UK Government's efforts to eradicate poverty and improve health and well-being in low-income (LIC) and lower-middle income (LMIC) countries.

DFID's requirement for a Supplier to undertake the implementation of the SHPSHS.

This is a £28.5m requirement from approximately September 2019 to end of March 2023 with a possible 24 month extension and additional £13M dependant on DFID's future approach to health partnerships, performance and additional funds being available.
