PIN - Grounds Maintenance Services - Ilkley

This Prior Information Notice is for Accent to achieve Supplier interest.

Accent are looking to procure high quality Grounds Maintenance services that provides value for money for our customers for 2 neighbouring schemes based in the Ilkley West Yorkshire area.

The specification will be output based with an agreed amount of frequency's.

Contract term will be 3 + 1 + 1, with extensions being subject to performance levels.

On the schemes there is a mix of grassed areas, hard standing, shrubbery and bushes.

The customers on this scheme are 55 years of age and above.

Supplier Engagement Days will be held at a time and place still to be decided.
