Split over 3 campuses the University currently owns and manages 3600 bed spaces and is looking to increase the breadth of its offer by engaging commercial organisations that deliver the specialist provision of Student Accommodation.
We are looking to offer nomination agreement(s) committing for up to 10 years with a requirement of circa 1200 rooms per year.
Ideally properties will have a minimum of 100 rooms per location.
Property owners should be able to provide a range of facilities including access to student wellbeing services.
