HSE has outsourced its IT service desk provision and the supplier provides first and second line level support to all HSE's IT users via an IT Service Desk.
The IT Service Desk will log all incidents and will pass incidents to the appropriate resolving department or third party.
The successful Supplier will be required to work with the IT Service Desk on a day to day basis providing Third line Support.
The IT Service Desk will raise the support tickets and calls with the successful service provider.
