PR3891 - Clinic Room Refurbishment

CONTRACT HAS BEEN YTENDERED AND AWARDED.

1.

Removal and disposal of all debris and materials arising from stripping out.

This will include benching, shelves including brackets.

2.

Decoration, wash down, prepare and apply as many coats as necessary to cover woodwork and metal work Colour to be decided by Contract Administrator (CA).

3.

Supply and install new ½ hour fire door to match existing with obscured vision panel to match adjacent doors.

4.

Supply and install a Venesta IPS unit; IPS unit to have access panel for isolating services.

Supply a HTM-64 compliant sink with no overflow.

Supply and install a single lever action mixer tap Armitage Shanks.

Supply and install hot flow and return, cold-water with local lever action values.

No flexi-pipework allowed on site.

Hot water returns to be as close as possible to the tap but no further than 200mm; pipework to be insulated.

A connection will need to be made for the waste to an adjacent stack pipe.

Disinfect pipework.

5.

Supply and install a wall mounted Glamox Luxo examination light - Light specification LHG026527 - Wall mount specification BRK017516.

6.

Supply and install 3 no LED daylight 600 x 600 lights 7.

Supply and install blackout blinds to cover existing windows.

Supply and install safety chain holder for each blind.

Colour TBC by CA 8.

Supply and install curtain track and curtain (Curtain and track from Grosvenor contracts).

9.

Install one hand towel dispenser, one soap dispenser, one hand sanitizer dispenser and one sharp bin bracket supplied free of charge.

10.

Supply and install three Dortrend flexible safety coat hook.

11.

Supply and install one 1200mm by 900mm whiteboard.

12.

Supply and install new Franchi door cylinder - Key both sides.

Supply and install ironmongery including door handles etc.

13.

Deep clean room and vinyl flooring.
