An underground car park with dated sprinkler, ventilation and electrical systems.
The works will consist of replacement to smoke ventilation and general ventilation plant, replacement of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, replacement of emergency and general lighting, replacement of standby diesel generator and all BMS and controls associated with the items aforementioned.
