The brief

The Mass Notification system is used by the Emergency Response Department and Business Continuity for the majority of Public Health England.

It is a separate platform to PHE infrastructure that is used to send out traceable alerts to individuals about emergency situations, duty cases and office closures as examples.

This solution is used to alert Category One responders in this country and conforms to the necessary standards of data encapsulation and retention such as ‘Safe Harbour’.
