Requirements • Maintain uninterrupted service of all existing Rubrik Cloud Vault backup and archive workloads. • Preserve immutability and ransomware safe off platform storage. • Ensure capacity remains aligned with current and forecasted data growth. • Secure enterprise-level support for Rubrik hardware. • Align commercial terms under a multi year renewal to ensure cost predictability and budget stability. • Maintain compliance with internal governance, data retention, and security policies In Scope Components Rubrik Cloud Vault Archive - 44TB Requirement: • 44TB of immutable archive storage hosted in Rubrik Cloud Vault. • Supports long-term retention for compliance and regulatory backup sets. • Must provide encrypted, air gapped offsite copies with zero trust access controls. • Licencing must include full retention flexibility for archive datasets.

Rubrik Cloud Vault Backup - 100TB Requirement: • 100TB Cloud Vault backup capacity. • Used for secure, immutable backup copies of mission critical systems. • Supports ransomware recovery use cases and operational recovery of protected workloads. • Includes monitoring, reporting, and lifecycle retention capabilities.

Rubrik Cloud Vault Archive - 30TB Requirement: • Additional 30TB archive tier to accommodate projected data growth. • Must integrate seamlessly with existing archive policies. • Maintains the same immutability, encryption, and retention governance as the 44TB entitlement.

Rubrik Enterprise Edition - 60TB Requirement: • Enterprise Edition licencing for 60TB of protected data. • Enables full Rubrik feature set: o SLA based automation o Instant recovery o Cloud integration o Ransomware anomaly detection o Advanced reporting and compliance tooling • Must remain compatible with existing on premises and cloud backup workflows.

Support for R6000s Hardware: Requirement: • Full support and maintenance for all Rubrik R6000s hardware appliances. • Includes: o 24/7 support o Replacement parts and on site engineer as per Rubrik support tier o Firmware and software updates o Hardware diagnostics and health monitoring • Must ensure no lapse in coverage from existing support terms.

Functional Requirements • All services must remain fully hosted, managed, and secured by Rubrik. • Data must stay immutable with Rubrik-managed retention locks. • All cloud storage must meet Rubrik Cloud Vault compliance standards (zero trust architecture, air gapped isolation). • Solution must integrate with existing Rubrik clusters and backup policies. • Vendor must provide renewal co term alignment where applicable. • Support must include proactive monitoring and access to Rubrik support portal.

Commercial Requirements • Pricing to reflect the capacity and term lengths listed. • Multi year upfront pricing required where specified (e.g., R6000s hardware support).
