Domestic Gas Heating and Hot Water Systems - Safety Checks, Servicing, Reactive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, and New Installations
The Contractor shall be expected to provide a 24 hour 7 days a week, year round Gas Servicing & Safety Check inc the issuing of LGSRs, Preventative Maintenance, Responsive Repair and Installation service to domestic gas fired heating and hot water systems, all within the Borough of Cheltenham.
The tendered rates shall cover the following: o Gas Servicing/Safety Checks and issuing of LGSR annually at 6 plant rooms - price to be submitted per plant room/per service. o Planned Preventative Maintenance visits at 6 plant rooms - price to be submitted per plant room/per visit - frequency to be determined with CBH during mobilisation. o Responsive Repair Works to all plant rooms and associated areas - price to be bases on a percentage uplift on parts plus labour rates apart from works included in the Maintenance & Repairs section of the pricing document. o The potential for further new systems and for the addition of a few more plant rooms
