32 The Circle

The works comprise Refurbishment Works at 32 The Circle to create a new Parish Council office with meeting room including complete stripping out and remodelling of the internal layout to form new unisex toilets, kitchen, office and meeting room together with the installation of new entrance doors, windows, internal doors, sanitaryware with plumbing, insulated suspended ceiling and drylining to masonry external walls, installation of new electrical and mechanical services, replacement floor coverings, external works, general repairs and redecoration.
