Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are looking to appoint a contractor for the refurbishment of four consulting rooms and a waiting room with associated services including supply and installation of fire alarm, access control and call assistance at Molehill Copse Clinic, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7NB.
Bidders must be able to demonstrate all of the following at the time of bidding and for the duration of the construction works: • Must be Constructionline registered with minimum 'Silver' verified status; • Must be NICEIC or NAPIT registered; • Must be BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified; • Must hold BAFE SP203-1 Certification; • Must have successfully carried out similar types of work at healthcare (NHS or Private), or other comparable 'live environments' within the last 5 years.
Site visit dates will be held on the 8th December,2022 at 1100 hrs with an alternative being held on the 12th December, 2022 at 1100 hrs.
Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Design (2106 Edition) Works are anticipated to commence February 2023, with completion by the 31/03/2023.
KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Proactis e-procurement portal.
Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Proactis portal on the 05/12/2022.
