Bidders must demonstrate case studies of similar works in similar 1960's build type, educational buildings Pass/Fail Financial stability - please supply copies of your last two years audited accounts.

Failure to comply with the above will result in your tender not being evaluated ie fail.
Your tender submission will be evaluated on 100% price.
