Background Unity5 was awarded a contract to provide ZatPark; which is an end to end back office process that offers a digital parking permit system; a parking enforcement system which is linked to the parking permit system on a real-time basis and supported by mobile Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR); and a parking fines and penalty charge notice (PCN's) payment and appeals, management system.
