Prior Information Notice First Time Buyers Software The Public Estates and Housing Division of the Department of Infrastructure (the Department) is considering options for a solution in respect of its requirements for managing First Time Buyer applications and specialist types of financial assistance.
Since 2011 the Department has maintained a system that already meets mandatory requirements and supports over 1,500 loans and grants.
However, the Department has a responsibility to ensure the continuation and support of business critical services and to maximise the return on future investments.
Therefore, options are being considered.
Potential suppliers must have demonstrable experience of providing suitable banking software and be able to evidence a commitment to quality, value for money and demonstrate a credible knowledge and understanding of the provision of bespoke Loan products which are held against property as well as Grant products, the repayment of which has potential to reduce over time.
The ability to provide pro-active service level application support is also essential.
