Electronic Presentation of Evidence - Presentation Packages

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Presentation Packages.

Services shall include the design, development, creation and utilisation of graphic packages to illustrate the context of evidence for presentation purposes.

The Presentation Packages must contextualise evidential material for presentation on electronic devices in a court setting.

The electronic presentation of a case shall require the transformation of various forms of source material into a dynamic representation of that data in a digital format that is easily understandable and can be presented in a court setting; e.g. to a judge and jury.

If required, all source material shall be incorporated in a single user interface. - Creation of a chronological timeline with the facility to link to related documents and other Source Materials - Forensic injury mapping - including interpretation of pathologist report - Facial mapping - including interpretation of pathologist report - Closed circuit television and video enhancement - Audio enhancement - Scene reconstruction (including animations) - Geographic maps illustrating activities at various sites - Collation of documents in a coherent browser enabling efficient search and document linking - Mobile telephony site/route analysis mapping - Virtual tour technology - Moving image enhancement - e.g. by circling an individual in a recording - Moving image annotation - Pixcelation and voice distortion, to maintain and ensure witness anonymity.

All Supplier Personnel working on this contract must hold SC Level Clearance.

This contract has 2 x 12 month extension options.
