The brief

The NHS Five Year Five Year Forward View for the NHS aspires for more integrated care within the community, closer to a patients home and with a shift out of secondary care.

Central Norfolk CCGs are working on ambitious transformation plans to meet this challenge within the context of significant financial pressures.

Central Norfolk CCGs are interested in hearing from providers not currently operating in Central Norfolk who believe they can support these transformation plans.

Whilst this notice is deliberately non-specific, key areas of interest include providers of minor surgery (particularly but not exclusively in ENT and general surgery) and for the treatment of long term medical patients.

Providers should ideally: • be in a position to offer their own facilities, • be of sufficient size and capability to serve CCGs with a collective population of c600,000 individuals • have existing contracts within the NHS.

Interested parties should contact Tim Shayes, Head of Clinical Commissioning at North Norfolk CCG - timothy.shayes@nhs.net
