These services do not currently exist within DfE.
This introduces a risk to the DfE's ability to make high quality technology delivery, product and service decisions for the betterment of the DfE overall.
To alleviate this risk this case seeks to import outside expert opinion on all aspects of operating technology in professional, mature organisations including what technologies should be employed and how technologies should be employed.
The service is obtained through procurement of a licence to access a subscription service.
