St Bartholomew's Court in Rye is a scheme for people aged 60 or over who may have long term care needs but are not requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care.Sanctuary Supported Living are passing over their care provision (but will remain property owner).

The desired outcomes are that sustainable, value for money, Care provision is in place that: Fulfil the responsibilities of the Care Act 2014.

Improve the health and wellbeing of our population, the quality and experience of health and care services, and keep this affordable.

Work alongside health and social care partners to manage demand and service pressures.
