The Authority is proposing the indicative procurement lotting structure set out within this notice.

This request is issued as part of pre-procurement market engagement only and the Authority reserves the right to amend the lotting strategy prior to tender.

All communications between MoJ and Suppliers during this engagement process must strictly be made using the MoJ e-Sourcing portal.

The Authority welcomes engagement from suppliers across all service areas to support continued competition and market development.

Suppliers not currently registered are advised to apply to join the DPS if they wish to participate in future competition.

This notice reflects the Ministry of Justice's current intentions only.

The Authority reserves the right to amend the scope, structure, lotting strategy, estimated learner numbers, estimated values and any other aspect of the procurement at any time prior to release of the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Suppliers should ensure they are registered on RM6102 and monitor the DPS for further updates.
