The brief

Bassetlaw District Council (BDC) wishes to invite further competition responses for the supply of goods and services in respect of procuring a contractor to support our Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) retrofit scheme covering the Bassetlaw and Bolsover Districts.

The requirement is for a range of energy efficiency measure installations meeting PAS 2035:2023 accreditation and we expect all aspects to be managed in house or sub-contracted by the appointed contractor.

This further competition has been issued to all eligible suppliers under Lot 3 - Renewal Heating Systems - Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Installation of the EEM Heating & Hot Water Systems Framework, reference EEM0026.

The anticipated commencement date is August 2025.

The Council proposes to enter into one contract for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred contractor, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months, making 48 months in total (3 years + 1 year).
