Expressions of Interest Select List for the Supply of Interim Social Workers The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from sufficiently qualified and experienced Employment Businesses to join a Select List to provide interim social work Agency Workers to Manx Care.

The Select List will be set up, for a period of three years, to provide agency workers under a number of Categories of Assignment.

The specific type of interim Social Work Assignment includes but is not limited to the following: (i) Initial Response Team Social Worker (ii) Care Management Service Social Worker (iii) Children with Disabilities Service Social Worker (iv) Team Manager, Care Management Service (v) Senior Social Worker, Initial Response Team (vi) Team Manager, Children with Disabilities Team (vii) Group Manager, Initial Response Service (viii) Group Manager, Care Management Service (ix) Independent Reviewing Officer (x) Supervising Social Worker, Family Placement Service (xi) Manager, Family Placement Service (xii) Adult Social Worker, Learning Disabilities Team (xiii) Adults Social Worker, Hospital Team (xiv) Safeguarding Officer - Social Worker, Adult Social Care (xv) Social Work Senior Practitioner, Adult Social Care (xvi) Community Mental Health Professional - Approved Social Worker, Older Persons Mental Health Service (xvii) Community Mental Health Professional, Community Mental Health Service (xviii) Community Mental Health Professional, Rapid Assessment Service (xix) Community Mental Health Professional, Home Treatment Service In order to participate in this competitive exercise, your organisation must be registered on the Isle of Man Government's Procurement Portal.

If you have not previously registered, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/iomg/aspx/Home and select 'Register' from the menu on the right side of the Home Page.

Once you have registered your organisation you should select this tender from the list of 'Current Tenders' and 'View Details' then click 'Express Interest' at the bottom of the page.

Once you have clicked on 'Express an Interest' a 'Form of Acknowledgement' tab will appear.

This tab will provide a copy of the 'Appeals Procedure' to be downloaded.

In order to progress to the next stage of the process you will need to 'Opt-In' and complete the 'Form of Acknowledgment' questionnaire and click 'Submit Return' before the Expression of Interest deadline as detailed below.
