Site – Former ECC Library Headquarters, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0EN Essex Housing of Essex County Council (ECC) are supporting the delivery of housing to meet demand in the County and are developing a programme of potential housing projects.
For the site above, Essex Housing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Contractor to deliver the scheme, comprising approximately 32 apartments for private sale, affordable housing and specialist housing (representing approximately 35%) together with associated external works, landscaping and car parking.
The indicative budget for the scheme is between £3.4m and £3.6m.
Please note the scheme is currently at concept design stage and a planning application has been submitted to Chelmsford City Council.
