The brief

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Citizen Penetration Testing, Cyber Essentials & Incident Response Services to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.

We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced and accredited service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers.

The estimated value of the Project is: - ?10,000 per annum (p.a.) for Lot 1 - Penetration Testing & Cyber Essentials - ?12,000 per annum (p.a.) for Lot 2 - Incident Response Retainer and The combined value of the contract for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 will amount to ?66,000 throughout the entirety of the agreement (36 months).

Citizen plans to divide the provision of the service into 2 Lots, as described below. o Lot 1 - Penetration Testing & Cyber Essentials o Lot 2 - Incident Response Retainer
