The general overview for this project work is to provide temporary laboratory facilities for the (British Parmacopoeia) BP-NIBSC Herbal Group located on the NIBSC (National Institute for Biological Standards and Control) site at South Mimms, Hertfordshire.

This project breaks down into the following areas: Supply & installation of a fully fitted temporary building.
Provision of temporary foundations & accommodation works, ramps & protective barriers.
Connections to existing site services, including: drainage, water supplies, electricity, data – computer/ phones, Trend/ BMS system.
The temporary building comprises:- Entrance Lobby to the facility, providing segregation between the areas & coat storage with Dycem tacky mat on the floor.
Post- PCR Laboratory including 2 No Class 2 Fume cupboards complete with extract ductwork and 1 No MSC Class2 Safety cabinet. (PCR – Polymerase Chain Reaction) The deadline for completion of this project is end July 2016.
