IT Professional Services Flexible Delivery Partner Framework (FDPF)
This is a large award for IT Services — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 36,449 valued IT Services tenders in our corpus.
.
The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence is considering an exciting opportunity to revise the approach to contracting expertise in support of Digital & ICT Roles.
The intention is to select a number of suppliers onto a Flexible Delivery Partner Framework (FDPF) covering all D&IT capability and expertise required to deliver MOD Digital IT Programs and transformation for the next three to five years.
The new framework will be a multi-lot framework that has a number of suppliers per lot to deliver a wide range of capability and expertise to MoD.
The MoD will define the lot and initial capability required but will not constrain what capability suppliers can put forward as long as it fits with the capability family under the specific lot.
It is anticipated that suppliers may be successful across multiple lots resulting in an estimated six to nine strategic delivery partners.
The estimated value of throughput on this framework is up to £300M per year, with an initial 3-year contract duration (with possible options for extension) under consideration.
The option periods are also estimated up to a value of £300M per year, with a potential future value over the life of the contract of £1.5bn.
The Framework will be established for use by all UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) including all Central Government departments, executive agencies, and non-departmental public bodies are listed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations
