In response to current and emerging requirements for improved communication facilities, the Councils have decided to replace their existing office telephony services with a Microsoft Teams telephony solution and associated SIP / Call plan network services, and contact centre telephony services with an integrated contact centre.

The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing to each Council a two-phase migration from the Councils' existing telephony environment to Teams Voice.
The two phases for each Council are: 1.
Microsoft Teams Voice and associated SIP / Call plan network services 2.
Cloud based contact centre telephony To support a phased migration, the Councils are looking to engage a supplier to provide the design, any associated hardware, the installation / configuration and support services for Microsoft Teams Voice, integrated contact centre and associated SIP / Call Plan services.
This competition is being carried out using Lots 4b and 4c of the Crown Commercial Service Network Services 3 framework.
