This procurement is for the provision of Energy Performance Assessments for the Alliance Homes Group.

The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between £100,000 and £160,000 (ex VAT) depending upon variables such as volumes, additional services and inflation over the course of the contract.

The duration of the contract is for a period of three years with the intended commencement date of 09th May 2022.

Alliance Homes intends to award the contract on 08th April 2022.
