The procurement covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of acoustic phone booths designed for secure and confidential communications in office and operational environments.

Require dedicated acoustic phone booths to provide secure, confidential communication spaces for personnel across multiple office locations.

These booths must deliver high-quality sound insulation to prevent eavesdropping and external noise interference, enabling secure conversations for sensitive operational, administrative, and personnel matters.

The booths must be modular, easy to install, and capable of accommodating standard office telecommunications equipment.

They will support compliance with security protocols and enhance operational effectiveness by providing designated secure communication areas.

Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration.

However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline.

Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
