The Council are seeking to procure a services contract (the "Contract") to provide a seamless and holistic Managed Service Programme Provider ("MSPP") solution to ("Temporary Workers") covering a wide range of categories and roles to the Council for up to seven (7) years.
The Supplier will primarily operate as a 'Master Vendor' for Temporary Worker assignments requested by the Council's Hiring Managers, which will cover a diverse range of categories, specialisms and roles in recognition of the variety and number of services that the Council provides.
However, the Supplier may act as a 'Neutral Vendor', where permitted by the Council, primarily to support the successful fulfilment of specialist, technical and 'hard-to-fill' roles.
The contract has an initial term of four years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 36 additional months (7 years being the maximum term).
Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
