CP2241-22a Integrated Adult Social Care (ASC) Case Management and Finance System

Devon County Councils Integrated Adult Social Care Service is seeking a proven Software as a Service Adult Social Care Case Management and Finance system.

This will replace the councils use of CareFirst6 and associated systems and follows on from the earlier market engagement that took place in June 2022 prior to the procurement being paused.

The council is now able to recommence procurement and wishes to engage potential bidders in a brief period of market engagement.

The draft specification and contract documents are being shared in advance to provide opportunity for feedback.

Any feedback will not impact or influence the evaluation of the bid submission.

All feedback must be sent via the Supplying the Southwest portal www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk not via email.

The procurement will include core functionality as set out in the specification and optional inclusion of non-core functionality during the contract term.

The value for this procurement is estimated to include as a minimum the core c 2.5m to 3m for the full contract term including extension options.

With the optional non-core functionality an additional c 4m to 4.5m to be purchased throughout the term of the contract including extension options if and when required.
