On the 4th September 2015 the ICT provision which was outsourced to our Partners, IBM & Serco, transferred back to the Council.
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires a Media Management System for the management of public relations information and media contacts.
The Council currently uses Solcara from AI Media Comms where all enquiries and responses are logged on the system, which are archived, providing a valuable history which we can reference at all times.
The Council also writes and distributes all releases on this system.
The new system will be required to successfully migrate data from the existing system.
There is a requirement for the new system to provide journalists with the ability to access news items and statements on a 24/7 basis.
