The Kent County Council's (the Contracting Authority) Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a two stage Design & Build Principal Contractor via the Principal Contractor's Framework Lot 2 to provide Design & Build Services starting with RIBA stage 2 Concept Design, up to and including RIBA stage 4 and planning application/consultation assistance.

The services are required for: - A new 1FE expansion - new two storey build providing visitor centre learning facility, additional general teaching classrooms, additional and replacement science laboratories and preparation space, music suite, removal of T block and N block with reprovision of a toilet block/catering outlet and complete and make good all associated hard and soft landscaping.

The need for additional pupil places will be realised in September 2023 all subject to planning.
