Kirkles Council is issuing this PIN to alert the market of the forthcoming procurement opportunity for the SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh, with the option to include provision of Council and Public Wi-Fi and LAN support during the life of the agreement.
The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2023 for a period of 5 years.
It is anticipated that the Council may extend the contract for up two periods of 2 years (2+2), meaning the final possible expiry date is 31 August 2032.
The estimated contract value stated includes the estimated cost of all elements of the service.
It is anticipated that the procurement will be issued in November 2022 via the YORtender system at https://yortender.eu-supply.com.
