The College is seeking to appoint a marketing and communications supplier to design and develop a robust marketing plan, whilst undertaking marketing activities to engage, raise awareness and promote the benefits of apprenticeships to employers across the Leeds City Region.
The College is seeking applications from established marketing and communications organisations that can demonstrate a track record of successful marketing and communication campaigns with the intention of engaging employers through innovative and engaging activity and content.
The provider must already have, or be able to promptly gain knowledge of Calderdale and the wider Leeds City Region to maximise opportunities, whilst understanding how to effectively communicate with a wide range of employers and sectors.
The successfully appointed provider will be required to: o develop a cohesive marketing plan o undertake marketing activities throughout the lifetime of the project, including: o social media content creation, distribution and management across multiple sites/platforms, including paid campaigns o design and promotion of case studies and testimonials o creation and distribution of press releases to agreed media outlets o marketing and promotion of events, including employer, apprentice applicant and National Apprenticeship Week (Feb 23) activity This list is not exhaustive, and suggestions for additional marketing activity are expected.
All promotion, publicity and collateral produced must adhere to the Calderdale College and West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges branding and publicity guidelines.
Copies will be provided to the successfully appointed provider, as well as the ESF branding and publicity guidelines.
The Collaborative Apprenticeships Programme is part funded by the European Social Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
