Yorkshire & Humber Framework for Enhanced Community Services for people with a learning disability and/or autism with behaviours that challenge, a forensic history, or other mental health condition.

Yorkshire and Humber NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and NHS Specialised Commissioners (members of 6 Transforming Care Partnerships across the region) are seeking to develop a region-wide framework of providers to work in partnership with local people, to provide Enhanced Community Living Services for people aged over 16 years who have high levels of complex needs and can be challenging to support in their community.

There are 21 CCGs and 15 Local Authority commissioners in the scope of this project.
