Swindon Borough Council (the Employer and Contracting Authority) wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of UPVC Windows & Doors Replacement Programme for 2023-2026 to various properties within the Borough of Swindon.\r \r The initial contract term will be for 2 [two] years with an option to extend for a further 1 [one] year for a potential total contract term of 3 [three] years as stated in the ITT documents.
Estimated contract spend is £6,000,000,000 [six million pounds] across the three year contractual term, with £2,000,000,000 [two million pounds] budgeted for each of the three years, subject to agreement and satisfactory performance.\r \r Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.\r
