The brief

Quotations are invited for carrying out a satisfaction survey of Council tenants to find out satisfaction levels with regards to the housing management and repairs service.

The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification of the RFQ document available upon request.

Charnwood Borough Council owns 5,610 dwellings, 364 of which are occupied sheltered housing dwellings.

The Council wishes to carry out a tenants' satisfaction survey to track changes since the last STAR survey of 2015.

The last date for request of documents is the 1st June 2018, with Quotations to be returned on the 7th June 2018 - 12 Noon.
