Advanced Construction Accelerator delivery partner
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the lower-middle of the Construction Materials & Structures band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 10,341 valued Construction Materials & Structures tenders in our corpus.
The Built Environment accelerator will support up to 10 SMEs over a 6-month programme.
The accelerator will explore challenges set by industry and support the removal of barriers in the progression of products and services in the built environment sector, specifically focussing on advanced construction.
One of the activities that CPC will initially undertake internally is research to understand the challenges and priorities industry has in this area to narrow down the scope of the programme further.
The output produced will be a set of core challenge areas which the programme will focus on.
CPC will engage industry partners throughout the entire length of the programme - seeking their guidance and input in the programme design and further down the line with the aim to bring in key industry sponsors to endorse specific challenges.
Industry led challenges will maximise the potential for SME trials and commercial engagement between industry partners and SMEs following the programme.
While CPC will leverage existing relationships with organisations in the built environment space, the expectation is that a successful delivery partner will provide further expertise and in-depth knowledge of the built environment ecosystem to support programme delivery.
The core activities the delivery partner is expected to deliver are generic aspects of business support, access to investor and customer networks and day to day coordination of activities.
The programme will be delivered by a full-time programme manager and supported by the Accelerator Programme Lead and Accelerator Team Lead.
