This is a large award for Construction — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 64,002 valued Construction tenders in our corpus.
We are looking for expressions of interest from CONSTRUCTION LINE GOLD contractors to carry out the removal of existing heating and hot water system, and replace with the installation of Air Source Heating Pump and associated components to 35 properties.
All designs and calculations are to be carried out by the subcontractor.
Future phases may be negotiated with the winning bidder based on rates within this tender.
