Legal Support Services for Information Governance requirements for NHS Digital..

Framework RM919, Lot 6, to include • Specialist regulatory support • Data protection/IG legal advice which is regulated by the ICO. • Data protection/IG advice in relation to its systems delivery, • Specialist support for queries relating to IG and establishment of NHS Digital powers, as set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012, and related legislation. • Supplier to be familiar and up to date with ICO guidance on all matters pertinent to government healthcare as this will likely impact any advice. • Expertise and guidance in relation to the GDPR and likely impacts for NHSD. • Speedy turnaround from request to completion of delivery. • Onsite support of programmes on occasion when required • Work closely with the IG teams as well as the legal team, both of which are based in Leeds. • Open book pricing • Fixed price charging on discrete matters (where requested and scope clear). • Management reporting as per our templates (attached as separate document): including future estimating of all matters. • Invoicing via SBS • Minimum of 3 one hour training sessions at no charge to NHS Digital per year on a topic to be agreed, to be hosted at either NHS Digital or the firms offices. • Monthly account review meeting at no charge • Expenses policy as per framework Legal Services Support for Employment and HR related requirements for NHS Digital..

Framework RM919, Lot 3, to include • Advice relevant to TUPE transfers into and out of NHS Digital, including in connection with pensions issues. • The representation of NHS Digital in connection with Employment Tribunal claims and other potential or actual HR-related litigation • Ad hoc advice as required in relation to agency workers and other contractors, including in relation to the AWRs • Specialist HR-related regulatory support • The provision of employment law and HR related advice on an ad hoc basis as and when required advising on particular issues, including on data protection issues associated with such HR related matters. • Management reporting as per our templates (attached as separate document): including future estimating of all matters. • Invoicing via SBS • Minimum of 3 x one hour training sessions per year at no charge to NHS Digital on a topic to be agreed, to be hosted at either NHS Digital or the firm's offices. • Monthly account review meeting at no charge • Expenses policy as per framework • Open book pricing
