Statement reconciliation software and services
LGSS, representing its constituent partner authorities Cambridgeshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council, and Northamptonshire County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of supplier of statement reconciliation services, to complement existing systems and processes.
The supplier is expected to provide the following: 1.
A comprehensive service for the periodic or continuous reconciliation of supplier statements, with the objective of ensuring accurate supplier (accounts payable) ledgers 2.
While suppliers may offer a number of service configuration models (SaaS, on premise, managed service), they would be required to include fully managed service options as a minimum 3.
The service should encompass up to date and efficient software technology for rapid automated reconciliation 4.
The provider should be able to accept supplier statements in any common format including pdf, excel csv file formats.
Scanning of paper statements should be accommodated 5.
The provider should be able to accept accounts payable ledger data in commonly used ERP formats 6.
The provider should be able to supply reconciliation reports and management information in the format and frequency required by the Authorities 7.
Customer service support to be available during normal office hours.

The solution should be able to incorporate data sets such as rejected invoices which would come from either an OCR solution or via spreadsheets This is an opportunity to express interest in the contract.
