App-based Audit System

St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (STHK) are running this soft market test to help us gain an understanding of the market and current technological capabilities of app based systems that can help with our audit requirements within the Trust.

We would like an app that: • Can assist with collecting data in clinical practice without limitation in terms of Wi-fi etc. • Is sophisticated enough to allow multiple users on to the system at any one time • Can show results in real time rather than needing to wait for data to be analysed and sent at a later date • Has no limitation on the number of audits per area/ward/department/hospital • Is easy to manipulate in house if changes are required to the audit tool as standards change • Can pull results from other data sources within the organisation if required. • Has an action plan module that is automated from audit results • can upload documents/pictures to support evidence • has support available with training, implementation and development of the tools required for audit • is simplistic If your organisation is able to offer a suitable app based system please complete the questions in soft market testing document and return, via messaging facility on the EU Supply Portal by 12:00; 7th August 2020.
