The appointed bidder will be required to contract with Burges Salmon on a full flow-down of the terms of Burges Salmon's RM6179 CCS Framework Contract including specific terms applicable to each Call-Off Contract for which the bidder supports Burges Salmon.

This shall include delivering services on such rates and discounts as Burges Salmon may agree from time to time with CCS, supporting its social value commitments to CCS and promptly providing all relevant management information.

Any appointment by Burges Salmon is subject to final approval by CCS.
