The brief

The contract scope includes working with the design team to develop the design and cost model in a pre-construction period.

During this period the Contractor will be required to procure temporary accommodation to create a temporary fire station on the site, assist in the decant of the fire station and subsequently demolish the existing property.

On completion of the demolition construction of the new fire station will take place.

After the construction period is completed the Contractor will assist in the decant from the temporary fire station and will remove the temporary buildings.
