HEE seeks to provide an opportunity for a <br/>significant number of individual practitioners <br/>who meet the eligibility criteria and who are <br/>already working at or towards advanced <br/>practice roles within NHS commissioned <br/>services to access its Supported e-Portfolio <br/>Route.
