Course Modules include: • Understanding self and others • Engaging and managing people • Governance managing the business and digital capability to include AI. • Responding to and managing change • Developing and maintaining resilience It is anticipated that the offer will be made available to approximately 170 managers over a two- year period with cohorts of 16 people, delivered simultaneously pending demand.
