Ards and North Down Borough Council (ANDBC or the Client) is developing a long-term vision for a Regional Park running from Belfast to Comber; Newtownards; Donaghadee and back to Belfast (the boundary being 50km of a new greenway scheme).

Whitespots Country Park at Newtownards (the Project) will be the nucleus for this Regional Park, a development of a new multi-use recreational facility with trails and interpretation of the unique story of the site.

ANDBC is looking to appoint an Economic Operator to lead a multidisciplinary design consultancy team (ICT) to undertake the Design, Specifications, Procurement, Supervision, and overall Project Management from RIBA Stage 0 through to RIBA Stage 7 for Whitespots Country Park.

Please note this is a re-issued PQQP as the original PQQP process was abandoned.

Amendments have been made to Technical and/or Professional Ability criteria for each Consultant Team Member (CTM) that is being assessed.

Other minor improvements and amendments have been included in this version of the PQQP documentation.
