**Award Notice** Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) invite organisations who provide health and safety training relevant to the Construction Industry to submit electronic bid responses, for an opportunity to be included upon a multi-provider Framework Agreement (the Framework).
The Framework will enable the Council (via SECTA) to directly award call-off contracts for the provisioning of health and safety training workshops to assist Clients obtain their CSCS Card (Green Card / Labourer Card).
Further information on the required level of Construction Industry based health and safety training is provided in Section B (Specification) of the Bid Documents.
The funding for the Framework is in part provided by the European Social Fund.
The Bid Documents for this opportunity can be accessed via: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the Bid Documents is: 14:00 on 30th March 2022.
The deadline for submission of completed Bid Responses is: 14:00 on 7th April 2022.
