Only those Economic Operators who can demonstrate a sufficient level of economic and financial standing and technical or professional ability against the Authority's pre-qualification criteria may be invited to tender.

Should more than 6 Economic Operators fulfil the selection criteria, the Authority reserves the right to conduct a further down selection.

The Authority reserves the right to seek independent financial and market advice to validate information declared, or to assist in any pre-qualification evaluation.
