Basingstoke and Deane Borough cover an area of over 245 square miles in North Hampshire of which 90% is rural.

The Environmental Care Operations team maintains most of the green spaces in the borough, including, but not limited to sport pitches, parks and open spaces, play areas and roadside verges as well as street cleaning and fly tip removal.

The council has a requirement to purchase approximately twenty-four LCV vehicles over the next two years and is looking to appoint a supplier to initially supply ten vehicles with conversions.

The remaining vehicles being 'called off' when required over the next two years.
